Effie H. Muckleroy Memorial Scholarship

 

The Epsilon Zeta Omega chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will award the Effie H. Muckleroy Memorial Scholarship to the top outstanding African American high school senior applicants based on academic merit and community service. The mission of the Epsilon Zeta Omega Chapter is to enhance the quality of life in the East Texas Area through our service programs. The applicants must be in pursuit of a college degree or certification from a College, University, or Technical Institute in any field. Funds will be disbursed following verification of enrollment. Students must be enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 hours.

To donate to our Annual Effie H. Muckleroy Memorial Scholarship Campaign, please make your donation(s) via Zelle or by mailing them in.  See our Zelle and mailing information on the flyer below (left/top).

High School Seniors may apply for the Effie H. Muckleroy Memorial Scholarship by submitting their online application with supporting documents by April 4, 2025. For more information, see the flyer below (right/bottom) or email the Scholarship Committee at epsilonzetaomegascholarship@gmail.com.
